Must be done outside. 10mph isn’t an impossible speed at all, so if this is achieved I might update it to 5:45 etc…
Preferably in the brewery itself.
Bucket List 39. Reach “Green Bib” level in British Military Fitness classes and stay there for five consecutive classes – DONE
In a way it’s a bit of a cheat to put this up on the list now. However I joined BMF in February 2012 and it was only yesterday, 20 February 2013, that the head instructor at my classes told me to step up to Green Bib level – the top level available (and the top 5-10% of participants). It’s been an aim of mine from the start and has taken this long due to a string or recurring injuries, so the challenge now is to complete five or more consecutive classes (not the first five available as there are four per day, but the first five I choose to participate in) without significantly lagging behind the rest of the group (to the point where it is clear that I should revert down a level back to red). Ideally, the plan is to cement my place as a Green permanently, or at least until I one day give up BMF.
Update: Fifth class as a green finished on the evening of 18 March 2013. It took longer than expected due to two weeks out ill.
Not the most intricate or original piece, but this coffee table was completed 27 January 2013.
The next piece will hopefully be a high shelving/storage unit for my bedroom, again using reclaimed wood of some form…
Feel free. If you’re reading this, post a comment on one – any - of these. Give me some feedback!
Pretty simple; go to Reykjavík and try out the famous nightlife… Maybe watch the Northern Lights after, if possible.
The main thing is to visit Iceland, the nightlife bit is secondary.
Sadly British politics seems to be in a bit of a mess. Political party members are the ones who put pressure on their MPs and leaders, who in turn form our governments. So I want to meet these people and see what makes them tick.
